We are opening the call for applications for students in the internship program at Reactor, carried out as part of the UAT's Next? II project - Internships for students in Cluj-Napoca and Târgu Mureș.

The call is addressed to those who are 18–35 years old, who reside in any county other than Bucharest and Ilfov, and who hold Romanian citizenship
The internship program provides the framework for designing an original theater performance using various creative methods and for working on the first 15 minutes of that performance.
We will form seven mixed teams, made up of students from the above-mentioned specializations at UAT, FTF, Romanian and Hungarian sections.
The teams will benefit from mentorship and both theoretical and practical guidance provided by 7 internship tutors, artists collaborating with the Reactor space, with expertise in various fields:
- Ovidiu Cioclov, playwright
- Raul Coldea, director and playwright
- Petro Ionescu, director and playwright
- Alexandra Caras, actress
- Dragoș Mușoiu, director
- Mihai Păcurar, director and scenographer
- Tavi Voina, actor
The costs for travel, accommodation, and meals for students from Târgu Mureș to Cluj-Napoca are covered by the project. All participating students will receive a subsidy of 6 lei/hour for the mandatory practical training hours (according to the university curriculum, depending on each specialization and year of study).
At the end of the internship, one of the teams will receive a prize of 15,000 lei to complete the performance they started, in co-production with Reactor and UAT.
